However, the proposal did not enact:

• At block 2629833: the LKSM ceiling increase proposal was made: https://kintsugi.subsquare.io/democracy/proposal/104
• At block 2634181: the governance upgrade proposal was applied (https://kintsugi.subscan.io/extrinsic/2634181-1?event=2634181-7). This upgrade deleted all existing preimages and resulted in any in-flight (the LKSM proposal above) to fail.
