We’ve seen the questions about our proposal—and they’re understandable given today’s crypto climate. To be clear: our proposal is legitimate.** We are an independent team **(not part of Interlay) **supported by several large stakeholders **who prefer to remain private for now.** Our goal is collaboration, not confrontation.**

We’ve already published the first installment of the committed design and we’re ready to move into implementation. Since the CORE team appears to be in maintenance mode, we’re stepping up to execute: first by validating our approach on Kintsugi (the canary network), proving we can stabilize and grow kBTC, and then replicating the playbook for iBTC. **We’re open to any questions, clarifications, and we’d welcome a technical deep-dive to walk through the plan, milestones, and success metrics.**

Since there is not much information about the team of the supposed proposal 163, I recommend making a cancellation of the referendum #163.
