**Summary**
We would like to register $USDt on Kintsugi as a first step towards considering it as a Vault collateral and to facilitate other ongoing developments.

**Proposal**
Enabling this kind of asset on Kintsugi will allow users to adopt less risky positions with potentially tighter collateral thresholds which should eventually increase the system-wide minting capacity.

We request that TC upgrade this proposal directly to a referendum.
