Includes a fix for KINT reward distribution that failed to account for lost rewards when a Vault was slashed (after a premium redeem). This upgrade also introduces an KINT per kBTC limit which can be optionally set to prevent distributing too many rewards - there are no plans to enable this. The node release also includes the polkadot-v0.9.24 update which includes a libp2p fix for a potential DoS attack vector - this is a high-priority upgrade.
