This proposal is for accepting the Bifrost to Kintsugi part of the XCM channel and finalising the XCM connection.
Request for upgrade to referendum:
We would like to move quickly with opening the channel in order to enable and facilitate future use cases for kBTC between Kintsugi and Bifrost. Therefore, we request that this proposal is upgraded to a normal referendum.
