When the Kintsugi runtime was first uploaded to the Kusama crowdloan module we mistakenly assumed 6s block times which incorrectly calculated some genesis storage values. This proposal corrects this oversight to reduce the expiry period of issue, redeem and replace requests to one day (at the expected 12s block times) instead of two.
